Part Time Daycare Attendant

Company Description

Fetch Canine Winnipeg is a full-service daycare, grooming, and training facility. Fetch Canine is looking an individual to join our team as a Dog Daycare Attendant.

​

Requirements 

• Dog Daycare: 1 year experience 

• You are at least 18 years of age

​

Ideal Candidate:

• You have experience in a dog daycare setting or animal care.

• You can work with a large group, variety of sizes, personalities, and ages of dogs.

• You are a self-starter and can take initiative.

• You have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment.

• You are punctual, reliable and detail oriented.

• Looking to learn and grow in a company that is always changing and evolving.

• Able to take constructive criticism and feedback.

• You don’t mind getting dirty or furry.

• You are in good physical condition to clean, lift and be on your feet for 6+ hours.

• You have reliable transportation.

Availability Requirement:

• 3-5 shifts a week.

• Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.

​

Job Details:

• Part-time

• Salary: $15.30 per hour

• Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• Up to 8 hour shifts.

• Must be available Saturdays.

• In person

​

Working under the direction of the Manager, the individual would be responsible for the supervision and care of multiple dogs in key areas, overseeing play, feeding, maintaining a clean facility, completing daily duties, and participating in ongoing staff training sessions.
